I ordered a bigger size and the jacket is very small would not be able to wear a jumper under it. Sizes come up small
Positive shopping experience, very quick delivery although Royal mail priority, I got my purchase next day. I was super happy with my Barbour Jacket and more so the price. I only rated 4* as I had to return the jacket for a larger size. There is no exchange option which resulted in me placing a second order whilst my refund was processed.
Brought a pair of Timberlands as a Christmas present but didn't fit. Returned them and refunded me with no fuss and swiftly brought a new pair once the money cleared. Will definitely use again

Hi Jane, I am up in Newcastle and have a few waxed barbour jackets, I bought the Duke in Rustic size L and came the following morning.
Upon inspection the wax is perfect, colour condition, absolutely everything is perfect and the same quality as a jacket bought from House of Fraser.
I was a little sceptical at first but since comparing the jacket to others I can safely say they are authentic.
